The Sweetspot Podcast
Meet Jessica Heimsoth – a Christ-following, ADHD tribe member, wife, mother, minimalist, health enthusiast, and salsa lover.
As a life coach, she specializes in helping Christian moms (and dads!) dealing with ADHD, motivation, productivity, focus, and follow-through challenges. If you’re afraid of losing your job, relationships, or faith, and feeling hopeless about happiness and achieving dreams, Jessica is here to prove you wrong. She believes you have everything needed to shift from destructive habits to behaviors that lead to freedom.
Let Jessica guide you on a transformative journey to change your life – because it’s not too good to be true; she’s been there and wants to help you find your way out too.

“… I experienced a rock bottom in my life where I did not know why nothing was happening it seemed like the harder I tried the worse that I got at managing myself and my life. I was trying to be a novelist at the time and it wasn’t happening my marriage was falling apart and a therapist introduced me to the idea that I might have ADHD At that point what changed for me was the belief that I was just a horrible person who was doomed for life, into the belief that I could take actually control of my life.” – Jessica
‘… our thoughts are what cause our emotions and our emotions are what color our experience, so they inform what we do, they inform our memories even to the extent of what we pay attention to…’
‘… “What I’m constantly having people do is evaluate what are you thinking in these moments of your life where you’re stuck, where you’re miserable, or even where you’re doing well. What thoughts are serving you in one area of your life that you’re not utilizing in another?
And what I find is that if you are thinking thoughts that kind of move you into and create the future that you want, that is when your goals are achieved so much faster and when you also get to feel so much better. “.”
Our thoughts are a self-fulfilling prophecy.
We have been taught to ignore and suppress our emotions but emotions are a gift from God.
Knowledge and belief and knowledge and action both are different things.
