Mastering the art of dealing with difficult people is truly one of our life's BIGGEST gifts.

I spend a lot of time coaching on this matter. I LOVE watching folks recognize first that they are being treated poorly. Then, to be aware of how it is affecting them, and what they can do about it.

Which do you find most difficult?

It isn't enough to just recognize, in detail, what we are dealing with when we are around difficult people. We also need to be aware of how these behaviors are affecting our lives, homes, workplaces, and communities.
